well pikachu is somewhat rare, but i wouldn't say it's unheard of to encounter 3 in a row.

He has a low HP even at high levels making it pretty easy to take down even if you have it at a level 45. I would usually evolve it and get the moves it can't learn in the Pikachu stage. also if i remember correctly raichu doesn't learn any moves by lving only pikachu does..well..thats how it was in r/b(/g in japan)

Yes, it might rare to encounter three Pikachu in Viridian Forest, but the Pokemon itself is nothing special.
The only notable aspect for Pikachu is its family-signature move, Volt Tackle. Although, I saw at SPP that you can get a Pikachu with Surf, VT, and Thunder Wave from PBR.
Don't double post shadow. If you want to quote a person, just quote them, copy the code, and paste in your previous post.

legendaries dont cheat! they rule^^ Legendaries = I cannot be bothered to train up a crappy pikachu and caterpie and be a true pokemon master so i'll catch a ready made champion

some people consider legendaries to be cheating since they have high stats, and can beat most untrained pokemon.

legendaries dont cheat! they rule^^ Pokemon like luigia or ho oh are to strong for a "loyal" battle For pikachu yeah it is hard, but you can catch one easily in zapdos electric central

yeh i think legendarys sorta ruin the game...i think they should make master balls not work on them and harder 2 find/get the only games that they actually made em hard 2 get is r/s/e cause of the regi thing but i think u actually got a code in the book 2 figure it out.. the idea of going 2 events 2 get legendarys is gd so not many ppl can have em but most ppl in the uk can't get em..which i think is bad...so i say make it harder 2 catch/find/get legandarys....hmm i made this post like a story...oh well

i think master balls are kinda meant for legendaries. what else would you use them on? i do agree that they should be harder to find- oh, and less of them. i think like 6% of pokemon are legendary- it should be about 2%
